We have had two adult classes that are lecture oriented since we started attending here. While that is a good fit for some, it lacks diversity for various learning styles. I'm happy to say that starting this Sunday Chad and I will be teaching Sunday School. When I say Chad and I, what I mean is, he'll teach and I'll heckle like usual! :) In case you don't know me very well, or value my sense of humor, by heckle, I mean participate, ask questions, challenge, and add my point of view when I feel I should--but NEVER stand up and call myself the facilitator.
OK, now that I got that out of my system to help launch the new Sunday School class and promote Sunday School on the whole, I created a tri-fold pamphlet. Check it out. In addition to this, I created a video with some of the kids in the church too. They are having a contest to help promote SS! It was fun recording and editing the video. I don't have the best equipment/software for it, but it worked. If I had parents permission I'd put it on here, but I don't so you'll just have to trust me when I say it wasn't the best promotion I've ever seen, but it wasn't the worst either. I guess it's better to be average, then below average!

The pamphlets are to the point, and that is a good thing. :)
It's a shame that I don't get to hear Dash teach any more. It's one of the things he was born to do.
