Keep it Simple, Keep it Real. I loved growing up on a "dirt road" It's awesome to live on a farm where you can take long walks and soak up all of God's creation. Nothing in the world is better then being on the farm and having nothing to do but "sit on the porch with God."

Her first band concert
Tonight was N's debut as a percussionist. She did a good job. They all did pretty well considering that most of them have just started. It was the Beginning Band, Advanced Band, Strings, and Choir's night to show their stuff. N needs more confidence on her bells, but other then that she did well. I'm proud of her pursuing this. She's not sure if she'll continue on next year or not, but I'm sure that what ever she learns this year from it will benefit her even if it's a one time thing, and if it's not her dad will get his wish of having a girl drummer for a daughter! :)

Roamer always wanted to learn how to play the drums. That's cool!
Congrats, N.
Confidence was always my problem with music. That can be a challenging hurdle to jump.
Neat. Glad she did a good job. Hope she enjoyed performing.
Yeah, I wish I was taking drum lessons! Good for her!
