There was a time when I didn't like the color blue very well. It was everybody elses favorite color, I just couldn't buy in. I mean BLUE? In our first house the kitchen was blue. My initial response was, yuk--and how typical. After a while it grew on me. First it was just tolerable. Then it was more tolerable. Then it was, I like it as an accent color. Now, it's surpassed the burgandy, the green and Blue takes 1st place now!
So here's to blue!

I did the same thing with blue! When I was in grade school it became "maroon" because it sounded cool. Then I remember a "reddish-orange" phase. In my adult life I've played around with both orange and yellow. A good pale yellow is my favorite now. Put it next to blue and they both shine... Blue is classic!
There are so many different shades of blue too. You can pick your favorite. And move on to another once you get bored with that shade.
burgandy and green - that sounds very early '90's.
Interesting, I never thought about liking or disliking colors growing up.
