Now that we have Cman reading, I'm trying to get him to read the gazillion books he has on his very own bookshelf. He told me yesterday, "I think we should get more boks from 1/2 price book store, I like them better then my books now." My reply, well, read what you have and we'll talk about getting more! I know a lot of them are baby geared and we do need to be getting him higher level books, but he's dismissing them all without reading them first! Crazy kid!
He's also a little confused on looking up scripture. He things the chapter is the page number! So he said to me, "I'll look it up in my contents because it might be a different page number in my Bible!" I will work with him on that now that he has a "real Bible" as he likes to point out!

hmmm .. c-man and I have already had the chapter / verse conversation a few times. Darn those page numbers. I'll try again.
I think I'll try the "this is how everyone can use different Bibles" approach by showing how different the page numbers between his Bible and mine are.
Yeah, apparently we need to work on that! I am sure it will click eventually! Practice looking things up will help.
