I had a list.

I had a list of things that I intended to blog on in the future. A list. Things that I could think about and formulate. I would add to the list as inspiration would hit and then choose something when I sat down to blog.

A list.

I had a list of things to do this weekend.

Laundry
dishes
office

Office. I had a list.

Office, what does that include you might ask. Okay you might not, but here it goes anyway! Office. (code word for: piles of stuff are incroaching on the available space to work, therefore being neglected.)

Piles
Clutter
Office
List

I had a list.

I completed my weekend list. No more piles. Piles gone. I sat down to work on my blogs. I had time to do that today. Time.

Blogs.
Piles gone
Office
List

I had a list.

Office
Time
Blogs

Gone?

Had.

so I got a verbal comment from mr. t that said this was confusing. I was attempting to be cute and say without being direct that while cleaning the office I lost my list for my blog ideas, because it was in the pile of stuff that is gone now from the office.

Oh well, I guess I do better at being direct, or so I hope. Anyway, I didn't want to confuse anyone else.

I love making lists! It is fun and satisfying to me to cross things off the list that have been accomplished.

I almost always forget my grocery shopping list at home. Lucky for me, I seem to remember things if I write them down. Because I made a list, I can recall it by memory when I am at the store.

No, he's wrong. I totally understood. I've actually done this very thing with many supposedly important things in my life, as well as many less important items and lists. I put things "here" for safe keeping so I'll remember where I put them. Then, when I go to look for them, they aren't in the original pile anymore. They are in some important place I put them and I can no longer remember, nor of course, find.
