BLOG?

Blogs. Okay so I've heard of it before. Until today, I had never experienced blogging! I truly enjoyed reading them and found myself entertainng the idea of joining the latest craze. Why not, I love to chat and email--sooooo it seemed only logical for me to take this next step. I must admit, it's a little intimidating to try to think up a name. What should it be? What describes me? Should it be something I love? WhiteChocolate came to mind. It's my all time favorite food. But I didn't want it to be food related due to my recent challenge in weight loss. Didn't seem prudent to be constently reminded of my favorite food. So beyond food, what is my favorite? Well, I don't really have favorites, so what would my "blogname" be? Dirt Road. Dirt Road takes me back to my roots. I grew up on a farm and loved my dirt road and the hundreds if not thousands of walks I took on it spending time thinking about life and talking with God. So as I realized that this is still the heart of me and who I am and what I love, Dirt Road became my blogname and this became my first entry.
