Keep it Simple, Keep it Real. I loved growing up on a "dirt road" It's awesome to live on a farm where you can take long walks and soak up all of God's creation. Nothing in the world is better then being on the farm and having nothing to do but "sit on the porch with God."
It's Quiet... It's Peaceful... It's Simple... It's Real

Testing a theory
You can help. Which one of the following posters do you like best?
I like them both - but they say different things to me. The first one says travel, casual, you are in the middle of this. The second one is more polished, professional missions convention look but seems slightly less accessible (meaning that you're in it feel). Is the goal to open up horizons on missions? (the second one) or is it to get people involved personally? (the first one).
Actually it's both. We want to open people up to thinking about Missions in a broader sense. Locally and Global. But we are also wanting to pull people in and have them think about what they can do and what their mission field is.
It is a bit late, but I prefer the second one because I think the polish would make it more effective. Also, the first one doesn't pop to me because it appears to use some of the colors that I don't see all that well. Both are good, though.
Ironically, to a non color blind person the colors in the second picture don't pop as well! :) I hadn't thought about that. The second one is more polished and typically "older" people like it better, ;) "younger" people like the first one typically.
We ran both in most cases very close to each other and more often than not, the younger people didn't even see the second one!
