Today, Chandler did something that Dash, Nicky, or I have never never done before. He "preached" in children's church. We encouraged him, that it's not about how great you did or didn't do today. It's about learning. Understanding the process of studying. Understanding the process of presentation. It's about growing to become who He needs to be later, and how great we felt it was that he sought out the opportunity for growth.

At the same time, probably the song that Dash has wanted to hear Nicky sing as a special the most, "Remember Surrender" and she sang it today. There isn't an accompianment CD, so my mom learned the song (by ear) in a couple weeks time and Nicky sang it, with Mom and Chad playing for her. I've uploaded it to youtube, so I could share it with you.
