Keep it Simple, Keep it Real. I loved growing up on a "dirt road" It's awesome to live on a farm where you can take long walks and soak up all of God's creation. Nothing in the world is better then being on the farm and having nothing to do but "sit on the porch with God."

HSM3
3 1/2 years ago a cute movie came out about high school students. All the elementary kids that watch disney LOVED IT. It had cute songs that you wanted to sing over and over again. Like "We're all in this together." Then a year later, a sequal came out. Not the same tone, geared more for older kids, but still okay. I just watched HSM3 (I know I'm behind a bit.) But it not only is geared to older kids, but it was not a great movie. None of the songs made a lasting impression and my kids who watched HSM and HSM 2 a lot didn't watch the whole movie with me. I forced myself to make it through the entire movie, after all, I paid on ppv to see it. I am now regretting that choice. Oh well, just confirmation. Sequals, never rate as well as the original. I guess they are coming out with an HSM4 next year with a new cast. Maybe fresh faces will make it better? I'm sure I'll get sucked into watching it to see. I still like HSM, but HSM2 and 3, not so much.

They are probably trying to follow their original audience as they get a little older. My opinion is that sequels are sometimes as good or better than the original, but very, very rarely. One example that Chad would probably appreciate is the difference between the first Star Trek movie and The Wrath of Khan.
