Keep it Simple, Keep it Real. I loved growing up on a "dirt road" It's awesome to live on a farm where you can take long walks and soak up all of God's creation. Nothing in the world is better then being on the farm and having nothing to do but "sit on the porch with God."

Chan-man
Chan-man won a coloring contest! He gets a free hay ride or admission to a haunted house! He's trying to be cool about it. He colored a spider. It was a rainbow spider. He thinks he won because everyone else did boring dark spiders! He said he just "colored what I saw in my head." I told him apparently they were impressed with that for him to win the contest! :) It was cute how he announced his winnings. He came home with a grin on his face and said "Oh yeah, I'm rich!" I asked why and he proceeded to tell he won a contest. When I finally saw what he won, I saw that the value of the hayride or admission was at most $8. I guess to a second grader, who usually doesn't have money of his own that was pretty rich! :)

Definitely not a boring spider. Good job, Chan-man!
In second grade, $8 is nothing to sneeze at.
That is pretty cool. I remember he was pretty good at coloring in Sunday school.
He was very creative with the spider coloring. It looks really neat!
The funniest part about it is that it really looks like C-Man. The red hair ... the low hanging glasses even the toothy smile.
That is a really good picture. I love it. Tell Chan-man he did an amazing job. Is he a budding artist?
