This particular trail also has 103 steps you walk down to cross a low creek bed and then walk back up another 103 steps! :) When I was in sixth grade we counted the steps as we crossed but I've also seen literature confirming the amount! :)

White river pics
These are a few pics from the White River. One of the trails we walk on runs along the river. The tree grows sideways along the river bank! I tried to get a good picture of how far it was across, but I'm limited on what I can do with my camera so this is as good as it gets!

T and I agreed that, had we been 13 years younger, you would have been seeing pics of us out on that tree in the middle of the river.
That looks fun. Maybe before the summer is over, T can get a picture of Dash on that tree.
Yeah, being in the tree in the middle of the river sounds fun. Doesn't look white from that angle, though. :)
BB and I love hiking around water too, rivers, falls, lakes. It looks like a nice place for a walk. I think I could crawl out on that tree.
