Ah, yes--we have no trees! :) But Grandma and Grandpa do! Cman likes to sit and relax while we visit and he invites "Tigger" the new kitten on the farm to join him!

We have eaten out on our front porch a couple of times. Small town life takes some getting use too. Everyone is friendly and automatically assumes a level of "knowing" you. The neighbors across the street and behind us have all introduced themselves and one person already asked me if I was related to the "Singing Deckards"! They we're actually called that, but my mom and sisters were quite popular for a while in this area, singing at fairs, in weddings, at graduations, and of course church! So, yes--related, but not one of them! :)

Small town living is definitely different than big town living. Out here, I have only ever talked to one of my current neighbors. He probably came from a small town.
Small town life is different alright. Glad to see that people are friendly.
We attended a family reunion for T's Dad's family today. It was a lot of fun and gave us a chance to catch up with T's sister and brother (and families) and also meet a bunch of extended relatives.
Oh yeah ... and it was a hog roast :-)
I can't imagine living in a small town. Hope you enjoy.
Riding bike is good fun!
