I do not like pickles. I have never like pickles. Some things in my life have changed with age. I like more vegies. I eat peppers and other things I would have never eaten before, but this one thing has never and I assume will never change. Pickles...yuk. I do not like their texture. I do not like thier taste. I do like them crunchy. I do not like them on a sandwhich or straight from the jar. I do not like pickle juice on my plate in a restaurant. I do not like pickles.
Do you?

You do not like them from a jar. But would you eat them in a car?
Would you eat them here or there?
Would you eat them anywhere?
You do not like them crunchy.
You do not like them juicy.
You do not like them here or there.
You do not like them ANYWHERE!
I don't like pickles either. I take them off my fast food/restaurant hamburgers and sandwhiches and Dust eats them off my plate.
I love dill pickles! They are God's perfect vegetable. :)
I love going to restaurants where they give you a dill pickle spear along with your food because I know I'll be eating mine and Golden's both. That said, the spears cannot compare with the texture and taste of a whole dill pickle.
BTW, do you have any strong opinions about salty foods in general? I think that is why I like dill pickles.
The interesting thing about pickles (and the pickling process itself) is how it is connected with the history of salt. Even that red stuff you like to put on bologna sandwiches started out as pickled fish sauce.
I can't imagine why you don't like pickled cucumbers ... then again you don't even like fresh cucumbers.
That's hilarious that Dash was able to work his way back to the history of salt!
We've got Dr. Seuss and salt experts both! Funny. I LOVE dill pickles and guess what?? They don't have them here! I tried to make my own last summer. They were okay but not quite the real thing. I may try again.
