The first and only time I saw any part of Indiana Jones was at my cousins house. Their dad was a doctor and they always had the cool stuff, like computers and vcr's before anyone else. I'm not sure why, but for some reason the family thought it would be fun to watch the one with the Arc in it. I sat on the stairs with my cousin who was saying "I hate this movie...it's creepy...a guys face melts..." etc.
All of the sudden he jumps up and says "This parts too scary" and runs up the stairs. My little brother (who is 3 years younger then me) and I jump up and run behind him convinced that he was completely right. Then instead of watching the movie we sat attentively in their den (I've always wanted one like theirs) listening to him tell us every detail of the movie. My cousin is very animated and has a HUGE smile that never seems to leave his face! He's very good at story telling and even though I never saw the movie. I know that I'll NEVER forget it or the night that I almost watched Indiana Jones! :)

Of all people I would have thought that you would have seen the Indiana Jones movies. :)
I remember friends trying to scare me regarding that movie as well. I didn't actually see it until I was in my teens, though.
Actually I thought the second Indiana Jones was more gross. People eat monkey brains and eye ball soup. Then the villian pulls out a human heart. It was little gory for back in those days
That's funny. There's a girl here who has seen practically every movie on the planet and hasn't seen any of the Indi ones. So there are at least two of you. I remember looking away when the guy got to melting.
You need to see the Indi movies. My favorite is the quest for the holy grail. sp? It has a good message about greed.
