"I'd rather have a bad day with you

then a good day with anyone else." This is not a quote from a movie! Although, I admit a movie quote made me think of it! :) I was watching the ending of a romantic comedy that I had already seen (imagine that) when the guy brushes back the girl's hair from her eyes and says..."I realized that I'd rather fight with you then make love to anyone else."

The title quote is from Dash. Sometimes I give him a hard time for not being romantic, but he does have his moments where he has a way with words. Whether he stole it from a book he read or came up with it on his own! I use to think he was a little weird when he'd say it, but somehow after hearing it things would get better. I guess it's because I believed him. I thought it was cheesy and it took me a while to fully trust it. I felt okay with writing this because we actually haven't had a "bad day" in a long time. Not to say that there will never be another, but it's nice to have a series of good days in the bank! Anyway, I guess he's got a little romance in him. I love you babe, "in good times and bad times I'll be by your side forever more!"

I was introduced to someone who was asking me about my life....work, husband, kids...etc. I told her we were newlyweds! :) Then I had to specify that we'd be celebrating our 12 anniversary soon. 12 years....I remember when that sounded like a long time! :)

Nice job, Dash. :)

That does sound like it's from a movie.

you forgot the second part of that quote:

"I'd rather have a bad day with you
then a good day with anyone else, but two bad days and I calling the guys."

I'd rather not have a bad day.

August anniversary? I know tons of people it seems like who married in August. I always think that's the hottest month of the year - not sure how that fits with weddings.
