Keep it Simple, Keep it Real. I loved growing up on a "dirt road" It's awesome to live on a farm where you can take long walks and soak up all of God's creation. Nothing in the world is better then being on the farm and having nothing to do but "sit on the porch with God."

While I blog
While I sit at my PC reading blogs and now writing there is very little activity happening in my home. Cman is in his room playing legos. He does love his legos. He can sit and play in there for such long extended lengths of time. N is spread out on the couch opposite of me. She is reading a story (Princess Finola and the Dwarf) and dash is catching up on blogs on his PC. Cman has moved to my couch to read nursery rhymes from a set of books we have. It's a quiet night here. I cherish these moments. A family that's quiet together stays together! :)

Boy, isn't that the life?! Staying quiet together! Cute!
As I logged on to check emails...I received notice of your blog.
N is actually sitting down and reading a chapter book.
J is taking his shower by himself...he sometimes whines to have N sit in there to talk to him, which I don't allow very often.
My dishes are in the dishwasher. Turkey is cooked for dinner tomorrow. The house was vacuumed...and the kitchen floor mopped (again).
Soon I will sit down to fold the whites and the jeans...but at least they are all clean for the week! ;)
All this is after biking for 1 1/2 hours, then walking the boys home from their dad's house! Yes, I snuck in a nap...LOL!
I guess that's why he's the lego master.
I like it when Dust and I are quiet together--reading blogs or reading books or the Sunday newspaper.
You guys would love my grandma - she is really quiet.
