Summer Fun
The kids and I have summer season passes to Dickinson theater. They run a program, it's 2$ a ticket if you go to the box office or $9 for a season ticket. The season ticket gives you 10 movies. They run Mon-Thur (I believe) at 10:30 and 12:30. They are all kids movies at the PG level. I'll be taking my kids plus the kids I watch once a week! I'm looking forward to it. We'll see Curious George, Ice Age 2, Zathura, to name just a few. I think overall you can't beat the price, less then a buck each and it's a great time to give the kids some fun too! I'll probably watch more movies that I would normally never go see this summer then any other time in my life! But it's worth it if the kids have fun! Good thing we got a van to tote 'em all around in!

Oh man! I want a place like that here...
Our former "Dollar Theater" was actually a "$2 Theater" when we moved to St. Charles. Now its a "$3 Theater". :(
Of course, we would have to walk since I refuse to drive a van...LOL! I guess we could ride bikes now though...hmmm...but then I would have to buy chain/locks for them...
....always money needed for something, huh? =D
Aren't you at work Mon-Thurs 10:30 and 12:30?! It's a special for stay at home moms and sitters who are crazy enough to take more then their own out! LOL
That's an awesome deal if you happen to be able to go to a movie with the kids at 10:30 or 12:30 on a weekday.
Remember that I have 10 days of vacation to use or lose...so I would rather use them this summer than be laid up in the hospital like last summer!!!!
Sounds like a lot of fun! I would love to do that with my son someday!
