I have been accused/told/observed as being an all or none personality. I will say that I believe that I had a much more extreme side when I was younger then I do now, however, it still creeps out in me.
For example. I wasn't doing ALL my physical therapy, so I did NONE. I wasn't taking medicine ALL the time for my leg, so I have taken NONE. I don't like to do ice for 10 - 15 minutes when my ankle is swollen, so I did NONE. Here's something I am learning:
1. SOME PT is better then NONE. I need to get better range of motion and I need to build up musles that haven't been used properly for a while so some is better then none.
2. Medicine. While I don't need pain meds ALL the time SOME ibuprofen is actually good to take prior to going to the store or being on my feet for a while. That way I do not limp as bad and can continue to train musles in the right direction vs. the wrong direction.
3. ICE. I hate it. In my opinion NONE will ALL ways :) be the best option. But medically speaking--not the case.
So even when my instincts are ALL or NONE I am learning to retrain my brain to accept that sometimes SOME is the answer too!

I have been accused of doing things half-a@#. I usually do some but not all. Dust is an all or nothing type of person.
I've been accused of doing things half-@# too! But it's usually because I'm going at it too fast and miss something trying to get it "all" done! That's usually when I give up and do nothing! :) I am a work in progress and I am trying to get better about that.
Yeah, I'm definitely all or none. Golden starts a lot of things...
You just took "some" neither all of none so I will spew thee out of my mouth.... not some but all.
Actually dust, I think you are just "none." That way you don't have to do anything. Am I right?? :)
