So we're at my folks house in Indiana the day after Christmas. I tell dash my opinion on a pc thing, but he still needs to verify it with his "pc" guy. So he calls up his pal here in KC and says "hey how ya doing?" The next few minutes are a blur. All I really know is we did something that is pretty out of character for us to do...he said "really?" "No way" "Can you get us one too?" "Do it!" and before I knew it our "family" gift this year was buying a 7 1/2 foot prelighted Christmas tree! On sale from $179 to $40. We added a box of multi colored lights to switch out so we could have some color on the tree too for a buck and we didn't have to go shopping for it and it was delivered right to our door!
I want dash to set it up so I can see it. They said it looks like a real tree with brown branches and everything! I don't think he's going to oblige me. Something about saving the box? You'll have to ask him! I've always wanted a prelit tree. Now if they will just come up with the remote controlled prelit tree that I want that can go from a 3 foot year round to a 7 foot Christmas tree with the press of one button, I'll be set for life!

You can't do much better than a 75% discount for sure.
I thoroughly enjoyed setting up my pre-lit tree this year...it was so easy in only THREE sections. Fluff, and voila! $40 must be the magic cost this year...LOL!
I kind of want a pre-lit tree also. My parents bought one this year and I really liked it. I didn't have to help put any lights on!
