Keep it Simple, Keep it Real. I loved growing up on a "dirt road" It's awesome to live on a farm where you can take long walks and soak up all of God's creation. Nothing in the world is better then being on the farm and having nothing to do but "sit on the porch with God."

Blank walls
Right now in our current family room the walls are blank. I hate blank walls. I am in the process of deciding what will go on the walls. The first thing I'd like to do is new paint, but that's not the first thing I will do. I don't see painting in my near future. So, for now I'll have to settle with working with the things I have here already. Hope I find stuff soon.

LOL! What PICTURE? Did you hang it up yet??????? =o)
We don't have all the stuff for the walls yet....dash. But yes, picture hanging IS in your future.
Is the first-born child syndrome affecting the decision on what is to be hung on the wall? I figure T qualifies for first born characteristics since there is six and seven years between her and her older sisters.
Yes, I'm a first born syndrome when decorating!
