We're still in a wait and see state. Right now, she's been told that after the procedure they do today, that she'd be in the hospital at least 5 more days. Even after that, she'll still have recoup time at home that is needed. This is best case senario.
The doctors are doing what they can to figure out what treatment to do and how to proceed. Please keep her in your prayers. The boys are really missing her and everyday she gets a little bit better she gets more emotional over not being with them. A teacher from their daycare is keeping them so they can continue to keep their routine as much as possible and still get to see J also.

Glad things are getting better or headed that way. I'm always amazed at how life really can come to an abrupt halt when illness strikes. Normally you'd say, no way I can be gone for 10 days or something...well, now you have to. And it does work out somehow.
I really feel for her situation. I hope she had the sick days or vacation days to use at work.
she had some. she has short term disability that will kick in, but isn't 100% of her pay.
she just called. she's not well. The proceedure today didn't work. They were going to drain an infection, but it wouldn't drain. They may have to go in and remove the absess. Now her BP has dropped again and they can't give her pain meds until it comes back up.
